We want you building, not fighting a return. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If a part arrives dead-on-arrival, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — and we cover the return shipping. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo or description of the issue.

Changed your mind

Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns the buyer covers return shipping, and there's no restocking fee.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason.
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions (and a label, if it's on us).
3. Once we receive and check the item, your refund is issued within 5–10 business days.

Warranty

Every part is covered against defects for 30 days. Electronics that fail out of the box are always our problem to solve, not yours.
