By using PlanetaryDriver or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy, Shipping and Returns policies.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we may correct pricing or specification errors, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) — for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable. Your order is an offer to buy; a confirmed, paid order is our acceptance.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timeframes are estimates — see Shipping. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy, including our 30-day guarantee.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Community content

You own the builds, guides, comments and 3D files you post. By posting, you grant PlanetaryDriver a non-exclusive license to host and display that content on the site. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing or that you don't have the rights to share. We may moderate, hide or remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The PlanetaryDriver name, site design and original content are ours. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Safe use & disclaimers

Robotics and power electronics carry inherent risk. Parts are provided for you to integrate and operate safely and lawfully; you are responsible for correct wiring, current limits, and safe operation. Except for the warranty stated in our Returns policy and rights you have under applicable law, products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanetaryDriver is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PlanetaryDriver operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
